What's the shipping timeline?
We ship exclusively within the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and offer free shipping on all orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped using our economy shipping. Delivery times are estimated at 8 business days from when your order is processed. Please note that orders placed after 6 PM ET will begin processing the next business day.

Can I customize my notepads with my company’s logo and colors?
Yes, we offer customization options for organizations! You can add your logo and choose your brand colors to personalize our existing notepads. Contact us to learn more about pricing and customization options.
Are your notepads kneeboard-friendly?
Yes, most of our notepads are 5.5” x 8.5” to fit standard pilot kneeboards, making them easy to use in-flight. We also offer select products in a larger 8.5” x 11” format such as our inflight medical form.
